The Cloud Farm:

ChicaBrava is principally located at the Cloud Farm, a gorgeous and secluded 500-acre private reserve overlooking the town of San Juan del Sur, its picturesque bay and the breathtakingly blue Pacific Ocean. The Farm is approximately two miles from the ocean and positioned some 1200 to 1500 ft. high on a plateau, offering a refreshingly cooler climate than in the town below. We are surrounded by a steep escarpment on two sides and mountains on the other, which offer unparalleled privacy and security. This is the perfect destination for guests who want to “get-away-from-it-all” at our gorgeous open-air accommodations and enjoy the beauty and serenity of nature!

The Farm has spectacular views of Costa Rica to the south, miles of beaches to the west and volcanoes rising out of lake Nicaragua to the east. The main house consists of two pods, each surrounded by its own private porch and surrounding the pool. The furnishings are custom made from beautiful hardwoods. This exclusive luxury estate is surrounded by hundreds of acres of indigenous forest, fruit orchards and organic gardens.

In-Town Accomidations

As an alternative to our open air camp set in the private reserve at the Cloud Farm, we also offer the additional option of an in-town private villa for smaller groups and for groups that want to be within close walking distance to the shops, restaurants, bars, and amenities of town. A distinct experience from the private retreat get-away at the Farm, our In-town Camp is an exciting alternative for more active groups!
