Our booking and cancellation policies are as follows:

We require a 50% deposit to book a reservation. This deposit is payable by credit card via PayPal or by wire transfer to our bank account in the U.S. The balance is due one week before arrival.

PayPal: This option is available to you regardless of whether you currently have a PayPal account. The invoice we send to you will include clear instructions on how to make a payment with PayPal.  There is a 3% transaction fee charged by PayPal for all transactions which will be added to your amount due.

Wire Transfers: There is an additional transaction fee of $10 charged for all wire transfers which will be added to your amount due. Your bank may charge additional transaction fees for wire transfers as well. Please confirm before choosing a payment method and we will send you instructions to effectuate the transfer. .

Your reservation is not considered booked until we receive your deposit. If your reservation is canceled within 60 days of camp start date, your deposit is non-refundable. If at the time of cancellation, you re-book for another camp date with one calendar-year of your original camp date, your 50% deposit minus a $200 change fee will be applied towards the future reservation. If your reservation is canceled within one week of camp start date, both the deposit and balance paid are non-refundable. If at the time of cancellation, you re-book for another camp within one calendar-year of original camp date, your 50% deposit is non-refundable, but your 50% balance paid may be applied towards the future reservation.

All camp participants are required to read and sign our camp waiver form.
