Booking  and Payment: We require a 50% deposit to book a reservation. Your reservation is not considered booked until we receive your deposit. This deposit is payable by credit card via PayPal or by wire transfer to our bank account in the U.S. The 50% balance is due one week before arrival if paying via PayPal. After that, only cash payment upon arrival will be accepted.

• PayPal: This option is available to you regardless of whether you currently have a PayPal account. The invoice we send to you will include clear instructions on how to make a payment with PayPal.  There is a 3% transaction fee charged by PayPal for all transactions which will be added to your amount due.
• Wire Transfers: There is a transaction fee of $10 charged for all wire transfers which will be added to your amount due. Your bank may charge additional transaction fees for wire transfers as well. Please confirm before choosing a payment method and we will send you instructions to effectuate the transfer. .

Registration and Waiver Forms: All camp participants are required to fill our our registration form and read and sign our camp waiver form before attending camp. These forms must be scanned and returned via email no later than one (1) month before camp start date or there will be a 3% surcharge on the balance due.

Cancellations and Changes: Our cancellations/change policies are as follows:

• Within 60 days of camp start date: your deposit becomes non-refundable. If at the time of cancellation, you re-book for another camp date within one calendar year of your original camp date, your deposit minus a $200 change fee will be applied towards the future reservation.
• Within 2 weeks of camp start date: your deposit becomes completely non-refundable and no portion may be applied towards a future reservation.
• Within 1 week of camp start date: your deposit and any balance paid become non-refundable. If at the time of cancellation, you re-book for another camp within one calendar-year of original camp date, your 50% deposit is completely non-refundable, but any balance paid may be applied towards the future reservation minus a $200 change fee.
