Our booking and cancellation policies are as follows:

We require a 50% deposit to book a reservation. This deposit is payable by credit card via PayPal or by wire transfer to our bank account in the U.S.

PayPal: If paying by PayPal, the invoice we send to you will include clear instructions on how to make a payment with PayPal. This option is available to you regardless of whether you currently have a PayPal account. There is a 3% transaction fee charged by PayPal for all transactions which will be added to your amount due.

Wire Transfers: If paying by wire transfer, we will send you instructions to effectuate the transfer. There is an additional transaction fee of $10 charged for all wire transfers which will be added to your amount due. Your bank may charge additional transaction fees for wire transfers as well. Please confirm before choosing a payment method.

Your reservation is not considered booked until we receive your deposit. Your deposit becomes non-refundable if your reservation is canceled 45 days or less before arrival. The balance is due one week before arrival. Cash payment upon arrival is also accepted. All camp participants are required to read and sign our camp waiver form.
