Our booking and cancellation policies are as follows:

We require a 50% deposit to book a reservation. This deposit is payable by credit card via PayPal or by wire transfer to our bank account in the U.S.

PayPal: This option is available to you regardless of whether you currently have a PayPal account. The invoice we send to you will include clear instructions on how to make a payment with PayPal.  There is a 3% transaction fee charged by PayPal for all transactions which will be added to your amount due.

Wire Transfers: There is an additional transaction fee of $10 charged for all wire transfers which will be added to your amount due. Your bank may charge additional transaction fees for wire transfers as well. Please confirm before choosing a payment method and we will send you instructions to effectuate the transfer. .

Your reservation is not considered booked until we receive your deposit. Your deposit becomes non-refundable if your reservation is canceled 60 days or less before camp start date. There is a $200 change fee for changes made within 60 days of origingal camp start date. The balance is due one week before arrival. Cash payment upon arrival is also accepted. All camp participants are required to read and sign our camp waiver form.
