Booking and cancellation policies

Our booking and cancellation policies are as follows:

We require a 50% deposit to book a reservation. This deposit is payable by credit card via PayPal only. The PayPal invoice we send to you will include clear instructions on how to make a payment with PayPal. This option is available to you regardless of whether you currently have a PayPal account. Your reservation is not considered booked until we receive your deposit. Your deposit becomes non-refundable if your reservation is canceled 45 days or less before arrival.

The balance is due one week before arrival by PayPal. There is an additional 3% transaction fee charged by PayPal for all transactions. ChicaBrava Surf Camp covers this fee for the deposit payment but you pay this fee on the balance if paying by PayPal. Cash payment upon arrival is also accepted. All camp participants are required to read and sign our camp waiver form.
