Chica Brava was taken over by return chicas this week! We had not one, not two, but three return Chica Bravas at surf house. Another twist this week was our CHICOBRAVO, Brandon, who attended! Talk about a good time with this group!
Shirley, from Houston, attended camp in 2011 and decided to come back with her childhood friend, Melissa. Shirley came to Chica Brava to improve the skills she already had, by mid-week she was pumping down the line at Playa Yankee. Keep surfing and searching for those swells in Galveston!
Melissa, a friend of Shirley and fellow Houston resident, surfed for the first time this week. Melissa bypassed her goal of doing the pop-up and was turning to go down the line by Friday. She was very determined in and out of the water to surf, relax, and enjoy her vacation! Thanks for the piña coladas!
Stephanie, originally from Florida, attended Chica Brava last year. She just couldn’t get enough and had to come back for a second round, and oh what a round it was. Jeanine, from South Carolina, is our third time return chica! Since surfing in Folly Beach is a little cold this time of year, she came to relax and surf the winter away. She was cruising down the line and also caught some amazing rides at Playa Yankee. We are all loving our delicious soaps!
Brandon our CHICOBRAVO came with experience and was ready to rock the waves here in Nicaragua. Surfing every wave like a pro, he had no problem paddling right into the line up. Let’s just say he could keep up with girls! Come back soon!
This week was filled with amazing surf sessions, followed by a required Toña break, and days filled with laughter! Everyone got their fill of the stunning sunset at Pelican Eyes and delicious dinners in town and at the house. Thanks chicas and chico for making this week amazing and return again soon!
